Your room has a pom-pom that you can hang on your door to show that you do not want to be disturbed.  In Casa Romana we wanted to replace the plastic sign with an element that is more in keeping with the hotel's philosophy and respect for the environment.

Guests can choose a special night time welcome, consisting of night mode lights, with the bed turned down and hotel slippers laid out next to it.  To enjoy a pleasant welcome that will make your stay unforgettable from the moment you arrive, Casa Romana offers the option of booking special decoration with flowers, a box of chocolate and a bottle of cava. The hotels have a free local and international daily newspaper service accessible through a QR code, available at reception and in the room services directory.

The daily cleaning service in all the rooms and common spaces is responsible and aware of the environment, as is the general air conditioning service. The guest can modify the intensity or turn off the air conditioning, while the thermal sensation of cold or heat will be common to the entire house-palace.
